Description

  • Gather business requirements and design, develop, and implement customized Zendesk solutions, including Zendesk AI features.
  • Build and maintain Zendesk integrations with third-party systems, including CRM platforms, chatbots, and internal tools.
  • Manage Zendesk administration, including help center configuration, user profiles, roles, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Zendesk configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization of Zendesk setups to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
  • Stay current on Zendesk features, APIs, and best practices and recommend improvements to the existing implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zendesk-related projects.
  • Design and run complex reports and dashboards using Zendesk Explore.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Zendesk developer, administrator, or in a similar role with successful Zendesk implementations, customizations, and integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical development, customer support, or an engineering role.
  • 1+ years of experience implementing Zendesk Agent Copilot and Zendesk Advanced AI.
  • Strong knowledge of Zendesk architecture, APIs, and integrations, including Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver on time with minimal supervision in a technical, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for sharing insights, demos, and process expectations with stakeholders and colleagues locally and remotely.
  • Passion for teaching and empowering others.
  • Experience implementing Zendesk AI agents and the Agent Co-Pilot suite of features is preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and the Zendesk Developer API is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services is preferred.
