Description

  • Own the overall marketing strategy across brand, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Lead demand generation across digital, paid, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Optimize funnel performance and conversion rates to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Shape and elevate FormAssembly’s brand, positioning, content, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Lead product marketing, including product positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market alignment with Product and Sales.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement tools.
  • Build and manage a data-driven marketing operations function with clear KPIs, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience with leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Strong experience with enterprise and mid-market audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in compliance, data security, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Background in scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments is preferred.
