Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, changes, offboarding, and terminations.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, employee requests, and policy acknowledgment workflows.
  • Maintain compliant, organized HR documentation and records.
  • Serve as a trusted partner for employees and managers on employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
  • Support performance review cycles, performance tracking, and follow-up actions with managers.
  • Drive execution of People & Culture projects and maintain accountability across stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Create and update SOPs, policies, training materials, guides, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Use AI tools and modern HR systems to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, virtual events, off-sites, and culture-related programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, HR Generalist, or People & Culture roles.
  • Professional-level spoken and written English fluency.
  • Experience supporting remote and global teams.
  • Strong experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience handling employee relations situations professionally and confidentially.
  • Experience managing HR systems such as BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflow optimization and operational support.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools.
  • Availability to support operations between approximately 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Preferred experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Preferred experience creating HR dashboards, reporting, and metrics tracking.
  • Preferred experience building policies, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Preferred experience coordinating company events, off-sites, or employee engagement programs.
  • Preferred experience working in startups, high-growth companies, or remote-first environments.
  • Preferred familiarity with HR automations and workflow optimization.
