Description

  • Drive regional growth by selling ForceMetrics’ product to law enforcement and public safety agencies in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy to identify, cultivate, and close new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Present product demos and educate agencies on the platform’s use cases, features, and value.
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences and build relationships with agency stakeholders.
  • Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on deployment strategy, marketing, legal, operations, and customer experience.
  • Manage customer and prospect relationships with city leaders, government officials, and department stakeholders.
  • Accurately manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales process execution using MEDDPICC.
  • Negotiate legal agreements and support new customers through onboarding.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies with internal advisors and law enforcement veterans to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and currently live in the U.S.
  • Must pass an FBI background check and be willing to take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR annually, primarily through net new logo wins.
  • Experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • History as a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 10%.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced team and take initiative.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements and supporting customer onboarding.
  • Preferred: early-stage tech startup experience.
  • Preferred: existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory.
  • Preferred: success selling SaaS into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements.
