Description

  • Own and grow sales activity in the assigned law enforcement territory, with a focus on building new business and exceeding quota.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with company leadership across sales, deployment, marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through customer acquisition and close.
  • Travel to client sites to present product demonstrations and educate agencies on the platform’s value and use cases.
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences and develop relationships with law enforcement and government stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with city leaders, departments, and public sector decision-makers to support deal progression.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain pipeline reporting in company systems.
  • Use MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and improve sales process rigor.
  • Negotiate legal agreements and support customers through onboarding and implementation.
  • Work with internal advisors, law enforcement veterans, and cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residency, FBI background check clearance, and willingness to take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, including data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment above $1M+ ARR per year, primarily through winning net new logos.
  • History of performance in the top 10% of stack rankings.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements and supporting customer onboarding.
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment and take initiative independently.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Early-stage tech startup experience is preferred.
  • Proven success selling SaaS platforms into net new logo accounts with complex procurement requirements is preferred.
  • Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
