Description

  • Drive regional sales growth in the Houston, TX area and own the law enforcement territory within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to define and execute go-to-market, deployment, marketing, legal, and operations strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to exceed individual quotas and contribute to business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, city leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences and communicate product value to diverse audiences.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through customer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Use forecasting and reporting processes to maintain transparency and accuracy in sales operations.
  • Work with internal and external advisors to develop creative, customer-specific solutions.
  • Support complex procurement and contract negotiations while helping new customers through onboarding.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required, and candidates must currently live in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to pass an FBI background check and take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ in annual ARR quota, primarily through winning net-new logos.
  • History of top performance, including consistent top 10% stack ranking results.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting onboarding.
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC methodology to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Early-stage tech startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
