Description

  • Design and manage employee experience programs, including onboarding, milestones, recognition, and workplace rituals.
  • Develop initiatives to attract, engage, and retain talent.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding administration, including paperwork, I-9s, background checks, secure records, and HRIS updates.
  • Review hourly employee payroll and manage off-cycle and supplemental payment requests.
  • Partner with benefits providers to support employee questions about healthcare and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation across People Operations projects.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on cross-functional People Operations processes.
  • Assume additional People Operations responsibilities as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of human resources experience; internship experience may be considered.
  • Passion for serving the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
  • Ability to balance creative, big-picture thinking with meticulous execution.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to learn G Suite, HRIS, and ATS platforms quickly.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting an employee population, preferably in a fast-growing organization.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $75,000–$95,000.
  • Remote work opportunity.
