Description

  • Advise senior executives on people strategies, organizational design, and business priorities.
  • Co-lead strategic workforce planning, including capability needs and succession planning.
  • Develop talent programs for a globally distributed, hybrid workforce.
  • Counsel leaders on employee relations, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with People Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise initiatives with local relevance.
  • Use people data and analytics to guide decisions, accountability, and action plans.
  • Support M&A integration and organizational change efforts.
  • Coach leaders and promote inclusion, innovation, and resilience.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting corporate functions.
  • Global HR experience in multi-region organizations with distributed, predominantly hourly workforces.
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing organizational complexity at scale.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and people analytics.
  • Strong project management experience taking programs from ideation through execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR or Organizational Psychology certification preferred.
  • Experience managing, supporting, or scaling people operations for large hourly workforces, ideally in a fast-paced or logistics-heavy environment.
  • Inclusive leadership style with humility, courage, and strong emotional intelligence.
