Description

  • Contact every warm lead that enters the ecosystem to convert interest into a booked, qualified call.
  • Confirm decision-maker status and revenue range to qualify active, trading businesses.
  • Route leads to the appropriate offer across group programmes, advisory, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Identify business owners who are actively seeking to sell and escalate them directly to the Partners.
  • Provide detailed notes and call summaries to support the closing team before each call.
  • Manage conversations across phone, WhatsApp/SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records for every contact attempt, outcome, and interaction in GoHighLevel.
  • Manage calendar invites and help ensure a high show rate for senior team calls.
  • Use GoHighLevel and supporting tools such as Fathom or Fireflies to document and summarize interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating in a professional, peer-to-peer style with founders or business owners.
  • Ability to qualify leads quickly and protect the calendar by filtering out poor-fit opportunities.
  • Understanding of speed-to-lead, with the ability to respond within 5 minutes where possible.
  • Confidence balancing persistence with premium brand representation.
  • Meticulous CRM discipline and accurate logging in GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Proficiency managing inbound conversations across phone, WhatsApp/SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to assess whether a lead fits group programs or high-level M&A partnerships.
  • Confidence managing calendar logistics and supporting high show rates.
  • Comfort working independently in a UK-based remote environment.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Fathom, or Fireflies is preferred.
