Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to present progress, explain strategy rationale, and gather feedback.
  • Translate complex SEO and PPC data into clear, actionable business insights for clients.
  • Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports focused on ROI and business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal strategists to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for client accounts.
  • Manage client expectations by setting realistic timelines and ROI projections aligned with agency methodology.
  • Review campaign performance and strategies developed by execution teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to support smooth project delivery.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and expansion opportunities.
  • Stay current with SEO and PPC best practices to provide informed strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management with strong knowledge of SEO and PPC principles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results that meet business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, and technical optimization concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to provide strategic insights.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing approaches combining SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses across various industries is preferred.
  • Background in consulting or client-facing roles in digital marketing agencies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience.
  • Yearly bonus based on client retention.
