Description

  • Serve as the dedicated post-implementation point of contact for customer accounts and own the overall customer relationship.
  • Drive customer retention by ensuring users see value in the FMX platform and adopt it successfully.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional FMX software features.
  • Record meetings, phone calls, follow-ups, and other tasks in Gainsight.
  • Build strong relationships with customer executive stakeholders and reinforce the value of FMX.
  • Travel to customer events as needed.
  • Contribute positively to team strategy, culture, and customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of the FMX software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and executives.
  • Strong customer communication skills with empathy and an understanding of customer success goals.
  • Ability to proactively reach out to customers at the right time.
  • Proficiency with the basics of Salesforce data schema and configuration.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard FMX operating hours.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation, time management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A positive, customer-centric attitude and alignment with the company’s core pillars of Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity.
