Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 120+ customers across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Focus on at-risk accounts to improve adoption, reduce churn, and protect revenue retention.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience in collaboration with Launch and Support teams.
  • Provide strategic, personalized advice to help customers improve ROI.
  • Uncover expansion and growth opportunities within the customer base.
  • Use customer data and health metrics to guide outreach and decision-making.
  • Handle objections and deescalate challenging customer conversations.
  • Share customer feedback with cross-functional teams to help shape product and customer journey improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven success in account management or full-cycle sales with a track record of achieving results.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, and Metabase.
  • Background in B2B2C, ideally in the food/hospitality and technology space.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Full fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to work effectively with English-speaking customers.
  • Proactive, adaptable, curious, and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of daily calls and meetings while prioritizing effectively.
  • Experience working in a restaurant is a bonus.
