Description

  • Refine and scale customer success processes including onboarding, adoption planning, platform expansion, health monitoring, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to increase product adoption and demonstrate value realization.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the enterprise customer base.
  • Lead customer advocacy efforts such as case studies, reference calls, and customer advisory board participation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve escalations.
  • Provide customer-driven feedback on product enhancements and feature requests.
  • Work with the Regional Sales VP, Technical Director, Product Management, Channel, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success teams.
  • Align with partners to accelerate revenue and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Travel within the U.S. for on-site customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and pre-sales/customer success experience in Security, Cloud, and Network Systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role.
  • Proven success building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning.
  • Broad technology experience across risk visibility and prioritization, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation.
  • Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Ability to work in a consultative, proactive, and outcome-focused manner.
  • Experience in enterprise customer environments (preferred).
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and team collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. for customer-facing work.
