Description

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional FMX software features to existing customers.
  • Convert retention-generated leads and generate new leads within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect for new leads using sales sequences and related tools.
  • Present customer offers based on goals, needs, usage, and recent activity.
  • Keep customer accounts compliant with purchased licenses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create effective campaigns.
  • Record meetings, calls, follow-ups, and tasks in Gainsight.
  • Follow the upsell and expansion playbook to move accounts from qualified to closed.
  • Work with the Customer Retention Manager and Customer Success team to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Travel to customer events approximately 1-3 times per quarter.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of FMX software.
  • Track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to analyze customer goals, usage, and product setup to create tailored offers.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building and rapport-building skills with customers and executives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customer success goals.
  • Understanding of when to proactively reach out to customers.
  • Proficiency in the basics of Salesforce data schema and configuration.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard FMX operating hours.
  • Experience turning customer conversations into business-driving relationships.
  • Innovative problem-solving mindset and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Self-motivation, coachability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Alignment with FMX’s core pillars of work ethic, discipline, results, respect, and integrity.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $50,000-$55,000 annually plus commissions.
  • Target on-base earnings (OTE) of $100,000-$110,000 annually.
