Description

  • Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap across DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify new product opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and translate platform shifts into marketable product capabilities.
  • Lead AI-powered DevOps innovation built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment, AI code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how the extensibility platform supports customer-built AI workflows within Salesforce’s trust boundary.
  • Engage directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand enterprise pain points around development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, product demos, and competitive evaluations.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination with engineering.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering leadership to ship products on aggressive timelines.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shipping products adopted and paid for by enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 and regulated industries.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud, will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
  • Hands-on execution style with experience writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level presentations and technical specifications.
  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem is preferred.
  • Experience working at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience with product-led growth initiatives such as self-serve onboarding and in-product conversion is preferred.
