Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and lead product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct market, business, and user research to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Define product vision and KPIs, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and collaboration across Engineering, Design, and Delivery.
  • Lead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams and manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Oversee product launches and drive iterative improvements using metrics and user feedback.
  • Mentor associate and mid-level product managers and contribute to process improvements.
  • Promote a strong product culture centered on customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience leading the end-to-end software product lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs.
  • Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and Jira, with familiarity with Figma and Miro.
  • Data-driven approach with experience defining KPIs and using product analytics.
  • Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized, and an effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred.
  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring and team building is a plus.
