Description

Ship AI-powered features to production, including conversational AI, intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, and automated compliance workflows.
Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end to end.
Evaluate and integrate LLM and GenAI capabilities into product experiences while balancing speed, safety, and compliance.
Build the internal AI enablement playbook and drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams.
Define success metrics for AI features and run rigorous A/B tests to measure impact.
Manage vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers.
Report to senior leadership on AI transformation progress, ROI, and strategic direction.
Translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specifications, build-vs-buy decisions, and phased rollout plans.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to launch products and features.

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production.
Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale, such as chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, or AI agents.
Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or custom LLM-based agents, and measuring their effectiveness.
Strong data intuition with comfort using SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design.
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, engineering leads, and compliance teams.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or other high-compliance environments is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not required.
Experience making build-vs-buy decisions and creating phased rollout plans for AI products.
