Description

  • Translate the CPTO’s strategic vision into a scalable Data Product roadmap.
  • Guide products through discovery, launch, iteration, and adoption.
  • Set success metrics, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Data Products within the Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Oversee AI agents that enable conversational and proactive interactions with data products.
  • Lead cross-functional agile squads across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Champion AI product development tooling to speed delivery and improve product features.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams on positioning, messaging, and adoption for technical and executive audiences.
  • Manage expectations and align stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to end users and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product management experience, with a focus on Data Products, Data Platforms, or AI/ML products.
  • Experience as a product manager on open source technologies.
  • Experience working in both fast-paced startup environments and complex corporate structures.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Catalogs, and the modern data stack.
  • Ability to translate customer and stakeholder needs into innovative product features.
  • Track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS features from ideation through scale.
  • Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Customer-driven mindset with a focus on customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: prior experience in the data management domain, including data catalogs, databases, major CSPs, and data-oriented user personas and use cases.
  • Preferred: at least 1 year owning zero-to-one or early-stage product launches.
