Description

  • Deploy and personally train AI SDR or BDR agents for inbound qualification or outbound prospecting, then refine them weekly to improve performance.
  • Build an AI-powered inbound qualification system that captures, scores, and routes website visitors and form fills in real time.
  • Automate CRM hygiene, call summarization, follow-up sequencing, proposal drafting, and pipeline updates to increase AE selling time.
  • Architect the AI layer across Flosum’s GTM stack, with Salesforce as the hub connecting Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, Gong, and related tools.
  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence engine that tracks competitors, pricing changes, and product launches and shares insights with sales and product teams.
  • Create hyper-personalized outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone at significantly higher volume without proportional headcount growth.
  • Instrument closed-loop feedback between BDR activity, pipeline outcomes, and AI agent performance to improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Deploy customer health scoring and churn prediction models that identify at-risk accounts and trigger intervention for the customer success team.
  • Prototype AI-enabled product-led growth touchpoints such as conversational qualification, self-serve onboarding assistance, and trial-user nurture.
  • Evaluate, select, and deploy AI vendors using a structured bakeoff process with reference checks, pre-contract FDE conversations, and training commitments.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience deploying and training AI SDR or BDR agents in a real B2B sales environment for at least 90 days.
  • Deep working knowledge of the modern B2B GTM stack, including Salesforce, Marketo or an equivalent MAP, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and Qualified or Drift.
  • Ability to write and maintain production integrations in Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language that connect AI agents to CRM, MAP, and sequencing tools via APIs.
  • Ability to ship working code rather than only configuring no-code tools.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline math and unit economics, including conversion rates by stage and the ability to work backward from revenue targets.
  • Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents across different segments or functions while preventing duplicate outreach and maintaining data quality in Salesforce.
  • Ability to build prompt libraries, training datasets, and ongoing refinement workflows for AI agents.
  • Comfort working in a lean, high-intensity company environment with roughly $4M ARR and limited support staff.
  • Strong judgment about when AI should replace human work versus augment it, with awareness that poor automation can damage deals.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including DevOps, CI/CD, data protection, and compliance workflows, is a major advantage.
