Description

  • Build and manage relationships with prospective enterprise-level clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and account-based selling motions.
  • Run tailored sales automation and outreach campaigns using tools such as Salesloft and Outreach.io.
  • Deliver interactive growth presentations, proposals, and value-based sales conversations.
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage stakeholders across strategic, technical, and business discussions throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, manage escalations, and maintain regular value-driven touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with business development, customer success, solutions engineering, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Gather customer insights and recommendations to inform product improvements and drive adoption of new features.
  • Create client-facing materials such as support articles, FAQs, release notes, and webinar content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience growing revenue in enterprise customer accounts.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers and working with resellers, VARs, and channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS customer account management and technical sales.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team and manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and professionally disciplined.
  • Available to travel up to 25%.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a distinct advantage.
  • Certified sales certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve $1MM+ quotas is a bonus point.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform support, development, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Background in project or product management, process design/documentation, or DevOps solutions is preferred.
