Description

  • Develop and execute North America field marketing strategy for assigned regions.
  • Create integrated, data-driven marketing plans aligned with corporate programs.
  • Plan and run regional events, tradeshows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for field marketing programs.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and sales development teams to accelerate pipeline and increase conversions in target accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing to deliver integrated programs.
  • Document best practices and lessons learned to create scalable marketing efforts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and cadence calls with regional sales leaders and marketing stakeholders.
  • Perform other assigned tasks needed to support company goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field or partner marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience is highly desired.
  • A proven track record of driving B2B sales results through field marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional marketing and co-marketing experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with brand-building and relationship-building experience.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to work across functions.
  • Solid understanding of the finance and accounting or fintech ecosystem is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Prior accounting or fintech experience, or former CPA experience, is a big plus.
  • Travel up to 30% is required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
