Description

  • Lead a book of business for existing mid-market clients to drive renewals and expansion.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations to support client growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, renewal opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.com.
  • Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested.
  • Build relationships with customers and coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and execute service agreements.
  • Develop knowledge of key competitors and communicate FloQast’s value proposition effectively.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 30%, to support goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience with FloQast or close management software highly desired.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology preferred.
  • Proven success in an inside sales and/or outside sales model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer communication by phone and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com and Outreach.
  • Ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
