Description

  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new enterprise business deals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, including product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota while building and maintaining a strong new business pipeline.
  • Prospect and nurture potential clients through phone, email, social media, and regular follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, product value, customer needs, and client pain points.
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls with customers and the implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve team performance and related processes.
  • Work closely with BDR Managers to maintain communication and cohesion across the sales organization.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 40%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the office of the CFO at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO is preferred.
  • Comfort in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota, ideally in the top 10% of prior teams.
  • Competitive, ambitious, driven, and self-starting attitude.
  • Strong team leadership and collaborative orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience mentoring AEs or leading AE trainings on topics such as partnerships, Sandler, forecast, and deal review.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
  • Must be located in the Bay Area.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
