Description

  • Cultivate executive relationships and close new business deals in enterprise accounts with multi-million-dollar revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including product demos, follow-up calls, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers through outbound phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls with the customer and implementation team to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BDR leadership to improve communication, team performance, and sales processes.
  • Provide input on competitive activity, customer needs, and future product direction.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and FloQast’s value proposition.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment and take on additional tasks as needed to support company goals.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required, up to 40%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the office of the CFO at enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO is preferred.
  • Comfort with a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Track record of overachieving quota, ideally in the top 10% of the company.
  • Competitive, ambitious, and self-starter mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring teammates or leading AE trainings.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
  • Must live in the Bay Area.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
