Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing bus operator partners to support mutual growth and profitability.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute cohesive strategies.
  • Develop processes and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Analyze partner performance and use data-driven insights to optimize network strategy and profitability.
  • Represent Flix at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an externally facing role such as business development, sales, account management, consulting, or a strategic role.
  • Experience navigating rapid change and ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of companies and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously toward ambitious targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Must reside in the Midwest region of the United States.
  • Preferred candidates may apply even if they do not meet 100% of the requirements.
