Description

  • Identify and prospect high-potential enterprise accounts through personalized outreach.
  • Qualify leads and develop them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Own and manage an individual customer pipeline.
  • Lead discovery calls and communicate Flip’s value proposition clearly.
  • Partner with Account Executives to prepare product demos and support the sales cycle.
  • Share market feedback and collaborate with Product Owners to improve the product.
  • Represent Flip at trade fairs and industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B software or technology sales.
  • Experience selling into large accounts with 10,000+ employees.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise decision-making structures.
  • Experience using CRM and networking tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong skills in personalized multichannel outreach.
  • Outbound sales mindset with a consultative approach.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Passion for innovative products and high energy in customer interactions.
