Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new business and convert high-potential fitness businesses.
  • Manage and convert inbound leads as part of the overall sales target.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and follow up regularly to move deals forward.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and tailor FLiiP’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support deal progression and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Track all sales activity in the CRM to support accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to position FLiiP effectively.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes, collateral, and tools for repeatability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Experience managing the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas on complex, high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and with sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French is a bonus.
  • Experience in fitness tech, health tech, or related industries is a bonus.
  • Interest or experience using AI and automation tools to optimize sales workflows and lead generation is a nice to have.
