Description

  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound outreach to target accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify prospects against the company ICP and provide AEs with the context needed for effective discovery.
  • Prepare and execute warm handoffs that give AEs a strong head start on opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable CRM records so leads and opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
  • Share structured market feedback on what messaging is landing, what is not, and what should change.
  • Partner with AEs on account prioritization and targeting.
  • Work closely with AEs to understand which opportunities are worth pursuing.
  • Test and refine outreach approaches, sequences, subject lines, and personas to improve conversion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or SDR work in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Comfort selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations with 200+ employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different personas.
  • High self-discipline and organizational habits to manage volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Resilience and the ability to treat rejection as information.
  • Genuine curiosity about the product, market, and customer buying behavior.
