Description

  • Strategically build, manage, and close opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Own a quota for new business and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for target accounts.
  • Lead demos and executive-level pitches for prospective customers.
  • Attend industry events to generate relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with peers and sales leadership during training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand customer pain points and solution fit.
  • Use relationship-building and persistence to develop long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B software or information services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding quota, with consistent top 20% performance preferred.
  • Experience leading demos and pitches to executives.
  • Consultative approach to solutions selling.
  • Experience pairing professional services with software.
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
