Description

  • Verify that dealer-submitted funding packages meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct phone verification of personal, employment, and application information for prospective clients.
  • Use approved internet databases and phone tools to skip trace and locate customers, collateral, and other parties.
  • Screen for possible fraudulent documentation and verify the accuracy of information provided during the application and funding process.
  • Manage incoming emails from dealerships and internal departments regarding loan files.
  • Communicate with dealerships by email and phone about the status of their funding packages.
  • Conduct final funding interviews with prospective clients.
  • Report potential risk flags to the Funding Manager.
  • Support other funding associates as needed.
  • Work with the funding team to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or auto lending.
  • Spanish and Portuguese fluency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated historical career stability.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 10:30am–7pm local time.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
