Description

  • Lead the development and execution of critical product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Own key product metrics and ensure product decisions drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to align priorities and execute efficiently.
  • Use data and analytical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Take an outcome-oriented approach that translates efforts into real impact for customers and the business.
  • Operate with extreme ownership and be accountable for delivering results, not just managing a backlog.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture through strategic thinking and relentless execution.
  • Travel periodically to Manila to work closely with on-the-ground teams.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving role such as Product Management, Consulting, or Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems and build structured solutions.
  • Experience working on fintech-related products with demonstrated successful outcomes.
  • A highly outcome-driven mindset focused on delivering impact rather than managing processes.
  • An extreme ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
