Description

  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and customized proposals for executive audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make strategic decisions on enterprise pursuits.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align strategies and deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks.
  • Continuously create and close key opportunities with complex enterprise organizations.
  • Champion Firework’s SaaS solutions to major enterprise brands and retailers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Mastery of solution-based selling, complex sales methodologies, and consultative approaches.
  • Experience driving multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision paths.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and adapt quickly amid ambiguity and change.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and low-ego startup mindset.
  • Remote work location in the United Kingdom.
