Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise accounts across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding their business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and customized proposals for executive audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to support successful integrations and strong customer experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make strategic decisions for new business pursuit.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks to scale sales efforts efficiently.
  • Generate new revenue by closing complex opportunities and growing assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, territory development, pipeline building, and closing high-value contracts.
  • Experience selling solution-based offerings using complex sales methodologies and consultative approaches.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and guide multi-threaded enterprise evaluations with multiple personas and decision paths.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Experience using sales tools and tech stack such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, ambiguous, and fast-changing environment.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and startup-minded.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.
  • Willingness to travel to customers and industry events as needed.
