Description

  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise accounts in multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers by understanding business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and customized proposals for executive audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to support successful implementation and customer experience.
  • Work with leadership to refine processes, playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks to scale sales efforts efficiently.
  • Generate new revenue by continuously identifying and closing opportunities with complex enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, territory development, and building a strong pipeline of high-value contracts and complex deals.
  • Mastery of solution-based selling, consultative selling, and complex sales methodologies.
  • Experience creating and scaling a sales playbook to influence stakeholders through multi-threaded evaluations.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles with multiple personas and decision paths.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous, and fast-changing environment.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and low-ego mindset.
  • Must be able to travel to customers and industry events as needed.
