Description

  • Architect and build multi-step AI agents for GTM use cases using LLM frameworks or custom implementations.
  • Design agent workflows for prospect research, outbound personalization, lead scoring, pipeline enrichment, and content generation.
  • Integrate AI agents with CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools and APIs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
  • Own the technical layer of the GTM stack to ensure tools, data, and agents are connected and operating reliably.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual work for SDRs, AEs, and marketers.
  • Instrument agents with logging, monitoring, and alerting to detect failures and measure output quality.
  • Define and track agent performance metrics such as leads enriched, sequences generated, response rates, and pipeline influenced.
  • Build dashboards that show agent ROI and automation coverage across the GTM organization.
  • Work with RevOps to maintain clean data flows and prevent AI workflows from amplifying data quality issues.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate the most appropriate AI models and tools for each agent task.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Strong Python skills and comfort working with REST APIs and data pipelines.
  • Experience integrating with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and how SDRs, AEs, and marketers work.
  • Experience building observability and monitoring into automated systems.
  • Bonus: experience with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs in production environments.
  • Remote-based in India.
  • Must be able to overlap at least 50% of work hours with US time zones.
