Description

  • Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments from technical discovery through production deployment and customer handoff.
  • Own the AI workshop program for the pod, customize modules for each customer, and translate workshop outputs into production requirements.
  • Architect multi-agent solutions that match each customer’s workflow and compliance needs.
  • Design client-specific and industry-specific MCP resource packs that deliver personalized intelligence across connected AI surfaces.
  • Own Deployment Kit quality and create documentation that allows non-engineering solutions consultants to follow and use it independently.
  • Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints and create training materials and certification criteria for consultants and partners.
  • Drive the intelligence loop by writing strategic memos, presenting weekly field findings, contributing Agent Bricks and Skills, and filing RFCs for platform improvements.
  • Mentor junior FDEs through customer engagements, code reviews, and Deployment Kit reviews.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle and navigate technical and security requirements.
  • Build reusable technical assets and deployment patterns that can be operationalized across the field team.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience, including 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
  • Deep Python experience and strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience navigating security reviews and delivering production systems used by organizations.
  • Deep production LLM experience, including multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool use, RAG optimization, evaluation frameworks, and agent deployment at scale.
  • System architecture expertise across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI services.
  • Demonstrated ability to create reusable technical assets that others use in production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for architecture documents, runbooks, strategic memos, and training materials.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
  • Eligible to work in Germany on an ongoing basis.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience founding or scaling an FDE or solutions engineering function (preferred).
  • Technical founder background; Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Temporal experience (preferred).
  • Deep domain knowledge in healthcare, financial services, or government (preferred).
  • Contributions to agent frameworks such as Strands SDK, LangChain, or open-source MCP servers (preferred).
  • Proficiency in German or French is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the UK/EU AI Act (preferred).
