Description

  • Assist clients with onboarding their lease portfolios and business contracts into LeaseQuery and FinQuery Contract Management (FCM).
  • Serve as the technical resource for onboarding clients into FCM and helping them track contracts, prepaids, and accruals.
  • Handle professional services requests for clients across both LeaseQuery and FCM.
  • Consult with CFOs, Controllers, and accounting staff under tight timelines and guide them on accounting and contract management best practices.
  • Review lease and contract documents and ensure accurate data entry by the Data Entry team.
  • Support clients through the data upload and procurement process, including uploading data when needed.
  • Reconcile account balances, including prepaids and accruals, and advise clients on necessary adjustments.
  • Provide product expertise in journal entries, reporting, and data entry for both LeaseQuery and FCM.
  • Deliver customer training on all aspects of LeaseQuery and FCM.
  • Communicate across internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of complex financial projects.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of lease accounting standards, including ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96.
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management concepts and the accounting treatment for prepaids and accruals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of combined experience in accounting/finance and customer-facing or client service roles (preferred).
