Description

  • Design and build Android features for company accounts, cash-flow management, banking transactions, payments, card management, and AI-enabled accounting.
  • Architect reliable, intuitive mobile solutions and help shape technical decisions within the domain.
  • Build polished, responsive user interfaces using Jetpack Compose.
  • Own Android code quality, performance, stability, automated testing, and thorough code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Backend, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve product and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial Android development experience and strong Kotlin knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with MVI, MVVM, and MVP presentation patterns.
  • Experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Experience with dependency-injection tools such as Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin.
  • Experience with Retrofit, Cicerone or Jetpack Navigation Component, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Practical experience with Firebase, including FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
  • Experience implementing feature-module architecture in production and maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
  • Clear English communication skills and a product-focused mindset.
  • Fintech or financial-product experience and mobile security knowledge are preferred.
  • UI-performance optimization experience and familiarity with Android Profiler, Perfetto, or Baseline Profiles are preferred.
  • Experience with AI agents, LLM tools, AI-powered IDEs, and verification of AI-generated output is preferred.
