Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 75–100 mid-tail hotel partners.
  • Build and maintain partner relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Drive improvements in supply metrics by analyzing performance and recommending solutions.
  • Activate Agoda products and promotions for partners and track deal outcomes.
  • Use Agoda digital tools and CRM systems for outreach, logging, and reporting.
  • Maintain at least 90% portfolio coverage each quarter, with focus on underperforming properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner escalations within the assigned portfolio.
  • Participate in training to stay current on new tools, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, or a supply/e-commerce role.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with proven B2B engagement success.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a digital-first, remote portfolio management environment with call systems and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a large portfolio independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to hold multiple partner conversations each day.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows, tools, and business priorities.
