Description

  • Set up and configure a complex B2B product with functional business logic.
  • Own and drive client renewals and contract extensions across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
  • Monitor retention metrics and proactively address churn risks.
  • Maintain and manage revenue forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct demo calls to understand client needs and present product value and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver client training to improve user adoption.
  • Manage the client journey as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships.
  • Act as the commercial owner of assigned accounts and support plan upgrades as client needs grow.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to client renewals and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Ability to forecast revenue and manage a portfolio from a commercial perspective.
  • Experience setting up a complex B2B product with functional logic, such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP/CRM/SaaS products.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent presentation and account management skills.
