Description

  • Build AI-native products that help HR teams source, hire, and operate more effectively.
  • Design, build, and orchestrate AI agents and agentic workflows to speed up product delivery.
  • Ship full-stack features end to end from customer insight through production release.
  • Prototype quickly with AI coding tools, validate solutions with customers, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Architect and evolve systems for performance, reliability, and scale with agent-assisted operation in mind.
  • Translate ambiguous opportunities into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate across product, data, business, and engineering functions to align on technical direction.
  • Share agentic workflows and engineering practices that improve team speed and quality.
  • Mentor engineers and help define strong agentic engineering standards for the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • Significant production experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Proven experience building and shipping full-stack products in startup or zero-to-one environments with minimal supervision.
  • Track record of operating as a Product Engineer without dedicated product management support.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, or AI-native product workflows.
  • Experience working across teams to drive outcomes and mentor engineers.
  • Expert-level proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js in production applications.
  • Strong proficiency with React and the ability to build intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in a Tech Lead, Founding Engineer, or Product role is a bonus.
  • Experience contributing to or building internal agentic tooling or developer workflows is a bonus.
  • Experience working directly with customers to inform product decisions is a bonus.
