Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Architect and deploy AI-driven features that automate analysis of complex data.
  • Build, manage, and optimize workflow automations using n8n to connect disparate systems.
  • Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle, including system design, database modeling, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Partner with product and legal experts to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to the engineering team.
  • Lead triage, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain system health and reliability.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure high performance and a seamless user experience.
  • Support the platform as it scales globally and continues to evolve.
  • Contribute to product excellence by improving robustness and operational stability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
  • Expert proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Proven experience with AI/LLM integrations and generative model-based features.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n or similar low-code/no-code orchestration tools.
  • Strong foundation in database management and API design.
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with ambiguous requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in LegalTech or Compliance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Background in prompt engineering or fine-tuning AI models for data extraction tasks is preferred.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
