Description

  • Own the full lifecycle from raw video ingestion to the decisions made by autonomous AI agents in production.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for unstructured multimodal data, including video and audio.
  • Develop Python-based systems with clean, modular, reusable code.
  • Build and operationalize workflows involving embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered components.
  • Design systems that transform raw data into insight and autonomous action.
  • Own architecture decisions end-to-end, from ingestion through production agent execution.
  • Improve performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure and scalable compute setups to support production workloads.
  • Help shape the foundation of Influur’s AI systems for creators, brands, and campaign automation.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Python engineering experience with clean, modular, reusable code.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines for unstructured data such as video, audio, or multimodal data.
  • Strong understanding of video and sound processing, including codecs, frame extraction, and batch and streaming workflows.
  • Experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, including memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Ability to design systems that go from raw data to insight to autonomous action.
  • Strong grasp of performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems.
  • Comfort owning architecture decisions end-to-end from ingestion to production agents.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS and scalable compute setups.
  • Bonus: expertise working with social media data.
