Description

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve aggressive net-new revenue growth targets from mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Build and lead a team of Account Executives by hiring top talent and developing existing team members.
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs to improve productivity and performance.
  • Continuously optimize sales efficiency, close rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Define sales territories, quotas, compensation plans, and performance metrics to drive desired selling behaviors.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, coach Account Executives, and oversee deal progression to meet revenue targets.
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation and campaign efforts with sales priorities.
  • Contribute to ideal customer profiles, messaging, positioning, and broader sales planning.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including revenue growth, deal size, sales velocity, win rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Build relationships with customers and industry influencers to strengthen the brand and grow the pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high-tech or SaaS company targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding net-new revenue growth targets.
  • Experience building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead strategic conversations with senior executives.
  • Knowledge of sales performance optimization and sales enablement best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other education/work experience may factor into total compensation, though no specific degree is required.
