Description

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation delivery for client projects, ensuring key deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
  • Meet with clients after the sale to gather data, understand business needs, and define customization requirements.
  • Guide clients through business requirements sessions to evaluate priorities, feasibility, and solution options.
  • Lead system configuration and Train-the-Trainer sessions to build client subject matter expertise.
  • Translate clients’ current-state business processes into future-state workflows and identify gaps or needed product enhancements.
  • Document requirements and implementation artifacts such as statements of work, process flow diagrams, wireframes, and system configuration documentation.
  • Partner with project managers and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and track multiple initiatives and project status.
  • Coordinate client enhancements with internal teams, including sprint planning, ETA tracking, and development alignment.
  • Support user acceptance testing and secure sign-off for new features.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects and provide ongoing configuration, troubleshooting, training, and support.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience, or 5–7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Direct customer-facing experience with implementation delivery.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development practices and procedures.
  • Ability to specify technical changes to technical and development teams.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, influence decision-makers, and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Willingness to work during US Eastern time every day.
