Description

  • Paint the vision of the Figma platform through product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Support the Sales team by answering platform questions and showing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery.
  • Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle, including security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security enhancement opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts by facilitating conversations between customers, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Create content for customers and internal partners about the Figma platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teammates and operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and position solutions in presales.
  • Experience defining success criteria and leading evaluations.
  • Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to varied audiences.
  • Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
  • Experience consulting federal agencies and/or partners on SaaS solutions, preferred.
  • Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience, preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the Washington, DC Metro Area or New York City Metro Area.
