Description

  • Lead implementation projects from signed contract through go-live, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Translate value-based care contract requirements into technical platform configurations and implementation steps.
  • Define and manage client-specific data ingestion strategies, including SFTP setup, file structures, mappings, and delivery cadence.
  • Partner with engineering and actuarial teams to confirm ingestion requirements and run initial ingestion tests.
  • Work with client teams to ensure data is complete, correctly formatted, and delivered on time, escalating issues as needed.
  • Run or coordinate data quality checks across missing fields, control totals, coverage periods, and attribution completeness.
  • Translate customer requirements into structured technical specs across intake, data preparation, adjudication build, and production release.
  • Coordinate with delivery, engineering, actuarial, and product teams to manage timelines and resolve escalations.
  • Oversee ingestion and validation of healthcare datasets such as claims, eligibility, CMS/ACO files, and attribution/engagement data.
  • Validate staging environments and outputs, and lead sign-off to confirm accuracy and launch readiness.
  • Oversee adjudication and reporting setup to ensure calculations align with customer contracts.
  • Provide technical guidance during customer training, walkthroughs, and early adoption.
  • Surface opportunities to improve the implementation flow through automation, product enhancements, and new tooling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, healthcare data analytics, or client delivery, preferably with data-driven products.
  • Strong ability to translate complex contracts and datasets into structured implementation steps and requirements.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, and value-based care or actuarial data strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional workstreams across engineering, product, science, and delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal collaboration.
  • Comfort with technical workflows including data pipelines, configurations, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools such as Sigma.
  • Startup experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Airflow, Databricks, Python, and AWS.
  • Experience developing business logic in R or Python.
  • Value-based care experience is a plus.
