Description

  • Partner with Product and Design leadership teams as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy.
  • Support the scaling of Product and Design organizations by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models.
  • Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a fast-changing environment.
  • Help evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies.
  • Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across PDE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations to deliver people initiatives.
  • Use data, organizational insights, and employee feedback to inform decisions and improve team health, effectiveness, and performance.
  • Develop and drive people strategy aligned to Product and Design priorities and the broader PDE strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR or People experience, including 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting executives and senior leaders in a high-growth company.
  • Experience partnering with PDE clients, especially Product and Design.
  • Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies is preferred.
  • Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth and transformation is preferred.
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work from one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States.
  • Willingness to keep cameras on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

  • Annual base salary range of $169,000 to $269,000 USD.
