Description

  • Own Figma's monetization strategy, including the development and execution of pricing, packaging, and business model initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making on high-impact strategic opportunities with executive stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive communication.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM teams to turn monetization strategy into product, operational, and commercial outcomes.
  • Define monetization approaches for emerging business areas such as AI-powered experiences, consumption-based offerings, APIs, and acquisitions.
  • Influence company planning by bringing a monetization perspective to long-term strategy, investment decisions, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, business operations, product strategy, growth, revenue strategy, or related functions within high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success developing business strategies and driving executive decisions on complex, ambiguous, high-impact business challenges.
  • Experience shaping monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, business model design, or consumption-based offerings.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.
  • Experience developing usage-based or consumption-based pricing strategies is a plus.
  • Experience building financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment planning is a plus.
  • Experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to evaluate business performance and customer behavior is a plus.
  • This is a full-time role that can be based in one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States.
  • Candidates should be willing to keep cameras on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

  • Annual base salary range of $258,000 to $348,000 USD for San Francisco or New York hub offices.
