Description

  • Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and working sessions to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear problem statements, use cases, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
  • Define success metrics and quantify business value to support investment in AI and data solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, functional leaders, and end users through clear communication and facilitation.
  • Act as the primary business-facing lead on activation-style client engagements.
  • Bridge business and technical teams by framing trade-offs, risks, dependencies, timelines, and solution paths.
  • Prototype and iterate on solutions using low/no-code and AI-assisted tools.
  • Partner with phData technologists to turn validated ideas into working prototypes and scalable delivery plans.
  • Surface platform, data, workflow, and operating model gaps that affect scale readiness.
  • Help drive adoption-minded solution design, change communication, and organizational alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting experience with a focus on technology-driven process optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling, workshop leadership, active listening, and business-case development.
  • Proven ability to build trust with business executives, functional leaders, and end users in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience translating business problems into structured problem statements, use cases, hypotheses, and MVP scopes.
  • Ability to connect solution ideas to measurable business value using KPIs, ROI logic, adoption metrics, cycle-time improvements, risk reduction, and time-to-value framing.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to move from requirements to prototypes, pilots, and scalable solutions.
  • Comfort working hands-on with AI copilots, analytics tools, workflow tools, and low/no-code platforms.
  • Deep empathy for users and willingness to immerse in real workflows, exceptions, workarounds, and organizational friction.
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort making progress without perfect requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, information systems, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to modern data and AI platforms, self-service analytics, workflow automation, or low/no-code tooling preferred.
  • Experience building business cases for new technology investments and influencing executive stakeholders preferred.
  • Experience working with engineers, solution architects, or delivery teams in client-service environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management, adoption planning, or operating-model design preferred.
